Having uploaded snapshots of herself wearing a pizza-themed onesie, as well as showing off her pizza-inspired bedroom set, it's no secret that Miley Cyrus is a big fan of the calorific fast food.
But on Wednesday, she took things a step further, when she returned to Instagram to post an image of herself getting a pregnancy scan - showing her baby to be of the pepperoni pizza variety.
The shot showed the 22-year-old singer's smiling face superimposed onto that of a woman getting a scan, while her pal and assistant, Cheyne Thomas, was inserted into the picture as the doctor.
