Shailene Woodley reveals she's currently boy crazy

But recently, Shailene Woodley revealed she's currently in love when she chatted about the current status of her love life for the April issue of Elle magazine.

The 23-year-old Insurgent actress - who donned a series of sultry designer body suits for the spread - also shared what she looks for in her ideal partner admitting: 'I always want to love.'

She's been previously linked to most of her co-stars including Theo James (Divergent), Ansel Elgort (Fault In Our Stars), Shiloh Fernandez (White Bird In A Blizzard) and Daren Kagasoff (Secret Life Of An American Teenager).

However it seemed Shailene has found a special someone off-screen, coyly 'smiling' when she was asked if she is currently in love.

'I fall in love with people based on who they are,' she said. '"I never want to love like this" - Woodley holds her arms out-stretched, as if to envelop you - "I always want to love like this." She thrusts her arms behind her back, pressing her chest forward.'

As she demonstrated her 'heart centered' type of affection, Shailene also divulged her love mantra.

'I love you if you love me for who this person is. And if not, I'll still love you, but I ain't fallin' in love with you! This is who I am!'

Adding: 'When you're truly in love, for me, you're my lighthouse! You're somebody who holds me high, keeps me safe, you've got my f***in' back. You also love me whole, wild and free. You let me do me and I'm gonna let you do you! And I'll be the home that you return to.'

 

 

And while revealing what she currently looks for in a man, Shailene recalled her family's history of relationships even detailing her parents' divorce

'I was born into a family of warriors, really strong people,' she said. 'It doesn't mean that it was an easy childhood and we didn't have our s*** becasue every family does behind closed doors. But even though my parents are divorced, they get along. I have a family who every day strives to do the right thing.'

As she matures with age, she is also learning what it means to love another human being.

'What is a deep heart? What does it actually mean? What I've come to determine in my life is that my deep heart is compassion, empathy and intuition,' she explained.

'You intuitively know that another human being on this planet is hurting just as badly as you may be. The way that they express themselves could be rude or seen as douchey or whatnot. But maybe they're scared or had no one there to support them.'
