Article Written by Charly boy

Article written by Charly Boy. Read below
Since the past two weeks my phone has been ringing off the hook. My associates and friends are shocked at what was purported as a MuhammaduBuhari'sendorsement by The Brand, Charly Boy. Haba, who dash them?
Looking at the campaign so far, I am so pained and ashamed of how low we have sunk. It's no more about the issues that threaten the future of our youths and our country but the obnoxious, petty, childish mudslinging of the parties trying to outdo themselves. Kai!

In the article that I personally posted on my Facebook, I talked about a benevolent dictator, one who would come and kick some ass of all the people responsible for our pitiful situation  because quite frankly, we the followers are weak with fear and guilty of inaction.

Even though I’m aware of Buhari's antecedents, I don't believe he can pull this off. Obviously I believe that age will lead him to compromise on many fronts and that's not what is needed at this time, aside the fact that some wolves are in bed with him. Will he become the sheep?
As for Goodluck, I know he is a jolly good fellow who really doesn't want stress but has allowed himself to be surrounded by very funny characters who have no interest of the country at heart but their own bottomless pockets. Is Luck running out on him or this is another government magic in making?

As for me Charly Boy, these are very miserable choices and for that reason for once in my life, out of deep frustration, I prefer to sit on the fence. It is called Sidon look.

I no go lie, I tire. Hoping that the favour of God will see us through all this.
My heart goes out to the suffering masses and the youths of this country, who have no dreams to dream anymore, no leaders to follow and no values to aspire to. The youths of this country are dying in the quicksand of hopelessness and frustration. The few good people left are finding it extremely difficult to hang on to the values they grew up with that defined their character, because this is a country where honesty is looked at as stupidity and integrity, as being mumu-rized.

See how greed, selfishness and corruption have eaten up every sense of reason; every sense of responsibility. Many young people have been abandoned by fathers who are madly engaged in the losing battle of survival; many mothers have been pulled away from their natural hearts of compassion, family values and love in confusion. They wonder constantly, tempted by promises made by heartless and ruthless men drunk on blood money.

Oh God, who will bail the cat? This is all a bad dream; I wish I could wake up!
OhhhhNaija! It is hard to imagine the level of deception and power drunkenness within our government and leadership. Round after round of unimaginable afflictions poured out on the people like vials from hell's darkest parts. No compassion on the poor, suffering masses. Jesus!

Where we dey go?
Untold poverty from the south to the north, through the east to the west, even in this poverty, we stand disunited, why? What proof do we still need to ask questions about our destination and to start to remedy the mistakes we have made through our insane greed, as we sing, clap and dance for those riffraff's responsible for this iniquity? God go punish dem.

Kai! Naija, where nobody send anybody! Government chop alone, masses on their own.
My God, I need to wake up from this nightmare that has held me paralyzed in my dream!
What can take this pain away, what can sanitize our decayed minds, what can make it well for us again? Which way Naija?

Someone, please say something before I craze....

  1. Dear brother, you've just made me cry profusely. Lord have mercy on the imposed Nigerian poor. Cheiii... But what can we do? It is clearly impossible to have a perfect option at this time. All the options before us are very imperfect options. The worst choice, however, is to patronize a democratically tested and tried a woefully failed PDP administration of 16 solid years. It's so unforgivable! But we must pick up courage and let our young democratic experiment continue. Violence is no option at all. The characteristic 419 administrative style of PDP is responsible for their deserving failure. One of the predominant characteristics of 419's is that as very professional image makers that they are, they know how to creatively use sweet promises to create a heaven for their victims to relax and rest while they actually go behind to create a hottest HELL FIRE for them. This is the exact administrative style of a wicked PDP. And God will certainly punish them! We're done with such a failed imperfect democratic option. The next imperfect option in APC that is yet to be fairly democratically tried and tested should be our only wise choice for our next democratic experiment. They're currently the strongest opposition and a new party that was formed by some opposition parties. The influence of Buhari as a courageous man who can declare WAR AGAINST INDISCIPLINE AND CORRUPTION has made APC this popular. The manifesto of APC is worth experimenting. Till we patronize them democratically, we really can't judge them. Their manifesto is the scripture we will use to judge them later unlike very wicked PDP. I see democracy as a business transaction. Patronizing a failed and dubious administration, is comparable to patronizing a dubious company that only offers bad services or a restaurant that serves soured and very salty food. To keep patronizing such abominable services for a long 16years is either proof of insanity, satanic spell or the usual Nigerian witchcraft.. Their usual 419 campaign or 419 campaign projects that would wait till election season to be executed. We are free from their satanic spell in Jesus Name! Now we can see! Let's pick up courage and experiment with an imperfect APC. The strong premonition is that a NEW ADMINISTRATION would zealously go to any democratic length that it must to please Nigerians by treating her as the beautiful bride that she is while shaming their opponents who told us that it'd take much more longer time for Nigerians to enjoy a good life. Therefore, I believe that the only wise vote is a vote for APC. So, let's be more objective, patriotic and truly democratic this time. It's all about Nigeria, after all. It's for the sake of Nigeria. To sit on the fence wouldn't be fair on Nigeria. Crying over the many unending spilled milk wouldn't help either. Let's pick up courage and vote APC this time. God bless Nigeria...

  2. Vote for APC? I Think you should vote for PDP! It's still president GEJ's turn. After he's 2nd tenure then Buhari can come and run again! That time we will support him! That's if he makes it. He's 72 years old! Have u sat down and asked yourself? Does Nigeria need a 72year old former dictator as a president?! Will he even make it to 2years in office? Does he even have the best interest of The nation in he's heart? If he does he won't be running for this election. He's too old. A man he's age shouldn't be allowed to work!

  3. I have to agree with you @joe . Buhari isn't a suitable candidate. Someone is pushing him to run. I'm sure it's in our nigeria constitution somewhere . Where a man he's age isn't allowed to run for office. He's already a great grand father. He should retire and go to the village and wait for he's time. He won't last 3weeks in that Aso rock. I think we should be realistic about this! GEJ has been a good president. And he will still be our president.

  4. When did old age become our national problem? I'm sure you have no confidence in this system and that's why you believe that this corrupt administration can also a man whose age is a constitutional abomination to contest. And Anonymous said that GEJ is a good president. Please educate me. Meanwhile, you have no name, and don't believe in yourself enough to make a creative and constructive chat. Please use GEJ manifesto of 2011 to reply me. I hope you're not older than CharlyBoy and the rest of the International community who have scored both this administration and the entire PDP administration. Joe said that I should vote GEJ because 2nd tenure is his democratic turn or birthright. Sincerely, I'm not sure you guys read my previous comment. You just enter a serious talk that's a matter of life and death and you you do not have the commensurate discipline to both read through and make reasonable, issues based and intelligent contribution. Your comments are just very few lines. You're not patriotic and patient enough to make a heart-touching contribution. This is pathetic! Are you guys under PDP satanic spell? You obviously don't understand what a democratic system is. Please take conscientious time to read through CharlyBoy's comments and my own. Patriotic persons who love Nigeria speak from heart. GEJ's performance or democratic score has not earned him a first tenure much more a second. There are democratic score template that is used to ascertain the democratic performance of a President. If you love Nigeria and you understand what patriotism is you'd factual comments and contributions that comes from the heart. This is Nigeria, the richest country in Africa and some other parts of the world! How can you continue to to patronize a company that has duped you and offered you unforgivable bad services for 16years? Can you still continue to patronize a restaurant that offers you soured and very salty or very peppering meals with other bad services for 16years? Anyone who does is clearly bewitched or insane. In Democracy, strong contestants are fairly democratically tried and tested. Then, we later use their manifesto to judge them. These and more are compulsory commitments, research and genuine observations that are prerequisites to enable you vote wisely. No sane person patronizes a woefully failed administration. The next strong party is APC whose manifesto and pedigree deserves our patronage and vote. If we continue to reduce Nigeria to a mere political party, then, it's very unfortunate. If you can digest through my previous comments, then you'd understand why APC is Nigeria's only wise vote. Please understand that it's not about the party but the nation. It's all about Nigeria! God bless Nigeria.
