couple originally set tongues wagging after they were seen leaving a
New York diner at 6am earlier this month, and the pair have since been
enjoying each other’s company on various occasions.
So things must have been awkward when they learned that RiRi’s ex Chris was partying at the same venue.
And
a similar thing happened last month when Rihanna enjoyed a late night
at New York’s trendy Game nightspot with former partner Drake, when she
was romantically linked to Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio.
It's
understood that stunning superstar was already in attendance at the
club when Drake arrived with his entourage after an evening meal at
local Asian restaurant Buddakan.
The former lovebirds enjoyed an on-off relationship in the wake of Rihanna's acrimonious split from Chris Brown in 2009.
Chris,
26, and singer Rihanna started seeing each other in 2008, but their
high-profile relationship hit the headlines in February 2009 after an
explosive argument which ended with a physical altercation that left the
Bajan beauty hospitalized.
The
recording artist, then just 19, turned himself in to police, where he
was booked under suspicion of making criminal threats, he was later
charged with felony assault and making criminal threats, before pleading
not guilty at his arraignment.
After
splitting up from Rihanna, Chris then started dating model Karrueche
Tran in 2011 before ending things in late 2012 when he became
romantically involved with Rihanna again.
