to keep youthful - and Lindsay Lohan appears to be one of them.
The 28-year-old - while not a pro athlete - braved sub zero temperatures in a tiny bikini on Monday morning.
The flame
haired star posted two snaps to Instagram from her adventure into a
below freezing chamber, roughly negative 110 Celsius.
Wearing a green and black swimsuit, Lilo pulled her locks back with a headband while wearing big warm gloves.
She was accompanied by her friend Brittany Byrd, who displayed her lean figure in a two-piece.
The two women were surrounded by icy mist as they emerged from the chamber, both giggling hysterically.
Lindsay wrote on Instagram: 'CryoYourMind #ZimmerIceLab I'm at it again!!'
Adding: 'Crying laughing omg #ZimmerIceLab @brittanymbyrd #virgin2Cryotherapy hahahaha'.
Lindsay was recently confirmed to be off probation having completed her community service in a 2012 reckless driving case.
The
former Disney starlet was required to finish more than 125 hours of
community service in the case in addition to rehabilitation and therapy.
The 2012 case was just one of a string of legal issues for the actress which saw her do stints of rehab and house arrest.
The
star said on social media after the ruling: 'Clean slate. Fresh start.
Hard work pays off. Thank you to all those that allowed me to volunteer
while in nyc. God bless you all. Amen.'
