Meet David Beckham's New Tattoo, Its a Tribute To he's Daughter 'Harper'

Last week he got a '99' tattoo on his finger to remember the year he married his wife Victoria and on Sunday, David Beckham got a special inking for his four-year-old daughter, Harper. 

Sitting in the tattooist's chair, brave David had a big smile on his face as he teased his fans about what he was having done on Instagram. 

Just over half an hour later, the sportsman shared the results and revealed the words 'Pretty lady' sitting atop the word, 'Harper' at the base of his neck. 

The doting dad wrote alongside the image: 'Hey Pretty Lady.... Just adding to the collection of tattoos that mean so much to me... Thanks Mark as always looks amazing ...shamrocksocialclub.'

Beckham alerted his followers on the app that he was about to broadcast live. The clip will now be available for MyEye users to view for the next 72 hours.

MyEye was created by successful British video game developers and is therefore built with an intuitive video game philosophy. Last week the app announced David Beckham as investor and ambassador for the platform. 

The images come after the former footballer had his finger tattoo, writing: '99 was a good year for me.'

David and Victoria, who married on July 4 of that year, are proud parents of Brooklyn, 16; Romeo, 12; Cruz, 10; and Harper.

But romantic posts aside, the year was also an important one for David's football career as he helped Manchester United win the treble in 1999 too.

On the field Beckham had a stunning year, bouncing back spectacularly from being sent off against Argentina in the 1998 World Cup.

Manchester United achieved the unprecedented feat of a European treble consisting of the Premier League, FA Cup and the Champions League.
