In a statement on Tuesday evening, The Nigerian Army said he was found dead around Ajyaita Village, off Eastern Bypass, in Kaduna, adding that he was probably killed by his abductors on the day he was snatched.
According to the statement signed by Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, the Acting Director of Army Public Relations,the body was found already decomposing.
Col. Inusa’s body will be moved to the 44 Nigerian Army Reference Hospital in the city, he said.
“We wish to state in unmistakeable terms that whoever is behind his abduction and murder would be fished out to face the full wrath of the law,” he vowed.
