Dr. Samuel Inalegwu Ode Ankeli has been appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari as his Senior Special Assistant
As it turns out Dr Ankeli, that is visually impaired man is charged with the responsibility of dealings with persons living with disabilities.
According to a statement by the presidential spokesman, Mallam Garba Shehu stated that Dr. Samuel was a huge part of the Buhari/Osinbajo APC presidential campaign and he also“headed the Directorate of Persons With Disability at the Buhari/Osinbajo APC presidential campaign headquarters, the first of any such department in a political party in Nigeria.”
