The case of the 'Missing' 2016 Budget April Fool - Dogara...

House of Reps speaker Senator Yakubu Dogara, in a series of tweets aired his thoughts as regards the case of the Missing 2016 Budget.

I'm sure his not the only person that thinks the missing budget is part of an elaborate scam.

When you think of it, in this gizmo era important documents like this will have several copies... 

And several more copies saved in emails, flash drives etc... It's virtually impossible for it to be missing...
