The Governorship Election Appeal Tribunal sitting in Owerri, Imo State, has nullified the election Governor Okozie Ikpeazu of Abia State. And declared Dr Alex Oti as the winner.
So let's Press rewind to last month, the Tribunal declared Gov. Ikpeazu as the winner of the Guber Election in Abia state and as a result of the judgement His opponent Dr Alex Oti filed an appeal, asking the appeal court to reverse the Verdict passed by the Tribunal and he has won. When i read this news I had to ask someone and she said that Gov. Ikpeazu will drag Dr. Alex Oti to the Supreme Court. Don't they get tired?
And as we all know the Supreme Court is the last bus stop. So my question is, What if Gov. Ikpeazu doesn't win the Supreme Court case? Will he drag Dr Oti to Amadioha? Or to Igwe? So they can toss a coin or something?
I guess this is what change truly means...
Nobody wants to drop it and leave it alone. And try next time.
