'The Ghost of Flooded Road past'

If you live in Rivers State and you use Aba Road frequently you would know where I'm talking about.

Since this rainy season started its been so frustrating passing that road. Whenever it rains this road automatically gets flooded, i mean it's like a river it has tides and all.

The Governor of Rivers State, Barr. Nyesom Wike, in his bid to return the Garden city back to its status has ordered the contractors back to the site.
