If you recall, in June Danielle Bregoli pleaded guilty to four charges including two counts of grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report. She actually accused her mom of using hard drugs when it was actually sugar.
Yesterday in Florida Danielle was sentenced to five years probation, but NO jail time.
This was all part of her plea deal which included other charges being dropped.
Danielle likely avoided jail time with instead a long probation due to the fact that she is just FOURTEEN YEARS OLD.
The conditions of her probation include attending school full-time, 100 hours of community service, and a 5 o’clock pm curfew.
Danielle will be able to complete her probation while living in Los Angeles with her Mom.
These legal troubles occurred before her infamous “Dr. Phil” appearance last September when her signature catchphrase made her a viral star.
As of now it’s unclear if she’ll also face charges for a separate incident where her friend chucked ice cream at a woman and set off a series of brawls in Lake Worth, Florida.
