On Monday,at least 14 people were killed in an attack by a suicide bomber targeting a wedding party in the northeastern province of Hasakeh, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
“A suicide bomber blew himself up inside a hall in Tall Tawil village during the wedding of a member of the Syrian Democratic Forces, killing at least 14 people and wounding dozens more,” Observatory chief Rami Abdel Rahman told AFP.
