Police arrest soldier working for Evans...

On Saturday,the police arrested a soldier, Lance Corporal, Victor Chukwunonso, as a gang member of the notorious kidnap kingpin, Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike aka Evans.
Chukunonso with Army No: 09/NA/64/6317 is attached to the Nigeria Army Band Corps, Abatti Barracks, Surulere, Lagos.
He was
on Saturday arrested by operatives of the Inspector-General of Police Intelligence Response Team.

He died at a private hospital in Osogbo of a protracted ailment
in the early hours of Sunday.
Adeleke was 62.

Suicide bomber kills 14 at wedding party...

On Monday,at least 14 people were killed in an attack by a suicide bomber targeting a wedding party in the northeastern province of Hasakeh, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
“A suicide bomber blew himself up inside a hall in Tall Tawil village during the wedding of a member of the Syrian Democratic Forces, killing at least 14 people and wounding dozens more,” Observatory chief Rami Abdel Rahman told AFP.
The SDF is an Arab-Kurdish coalition battling jihadists of the Islamic State group in northern Syria.
