Suspected Kidnappers Of Yahaya Bello's Mother Paraded...

On Tuesday,the police said that five suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of Governor Yahaya Bello’s mother. 
The governor’s mother, Hajia Hawawu Bello, was abducted by some gunmen in Uvete, Adavi local government area of Kogi on May 29, 2014.

Police arrest Lagos club owner, ‘Pretty Mike’, for putting girls onleash...




A club owner and socialite, Mike Nwogu, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for dehumanizing young women.
Nwogu was made news recently after images emerged of him attending different events in Lagos with two masked ladies on leashes went viral.

A former minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Bola Kuforiji-Olubi, 80, is reportedly dead.
She was said to have died, Saturday morning in Lagos.

She reportedly that she died at 11:30am.

Court orders release of detained Shiite leader, El-Zakzaky, Wife;

Justice Gabriel Kolawole,of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Friday, ordered the unconditional release of detained leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), otherwise known as the Shiite sect, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky and his wife, Malami Zeenat, within 45 days.

President Buhari's Chief of staff Abba Kyari reportedly ill,flown to the UK...

The chief of staff to President Muhhamadu Buhari has taken ill and has been flown abroad, Daily Trust is reporting.
This was confirmed on Friday night, by a top government official who spoke under strict condition of anonymity.
He, however, added that the chief of staff “is now stable” as he was responding to treatment.
