A 21-year-old man was found dead in a swimming pool at Demi Moore's Beverly Hills home.
The man accidentally drowned and was found dead around 5.30am on Sunday morning.
There was reportedly a party at the house on Saturday night but the actress was out of town, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
Law enforcement sources said none of Demi's family were present at the home when the body was discovered.
The
sources said the man did not know how to swim and it appears that he
slipped and fell in the pool. No foul play is suspected.
It
is unclear who threw the party but sources told TMZ it was not by Demi
or her three children. The source added that there was a 'limited
amount' of alcohol at the party.
Five
people were at the home at the time of the drowning, including one
person who is an assistant to Demi, Sergeant A. Bone of the West Los
Angeles station told NBC Southern California.
Bone
said Los Angeles police were called to the house around 5.20am and
discovered a man who had been removed from the pool and was being
treated by paramedics, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene minutes later.
Bone
said Demi was not home and was not considered to be involved in the
man's death. The department is currently conducting an investigation.
A
neighbor told TMZ Demi's children have been staying for weeks at the
house and claims they have been throwing parties 'every day, day and
night'.
Tallulah
has shared several photos on her Instagram of late-night pool parties,
including one that was captioned 'this picture doesn't do justice to the
glory that was our pool party last night'.
Tallulah
Willis' Instagram suggests she was in New York this weekend with sister
Scout to celebrate the latter's 24th birthday, which is on Monday.
Rumer, Demi's eldest child, also seems to be in the Big Apple.
She
was seen leaving Los Angeles International Airport on Friday with
friend Tye Blue and shared a selfie shot from a plane cockpit with the
caption 'Apparently I'm flying us to NYC tonight'.
Over
the weekend she regramed a video made by Tye, who said the two were at
the Ambassador Theater in New York that night to watch Brandy Newman in
Chicago the Musical.
