So this year the squat exercise became a household thing. A lot of people do it to get there booty game on and some do it to get there there booty game on and have flat tummy. Flat tummy? Yes ooo. I had to join the band wagon and get my squat on and I could feel the abs come and also u know! ๐๐๐. and I got used to it... I did 20 squats everyday and I just stopped maybe cos I was getting busy. But I've started again so I will be sharing the results in the coming weeks. So let's make it fun. All my ladies let us join me. Let's do the 30days squat challenge๐. You know this festive season we can't help it but add weight and I know asking you to the exercise during this Christmas holiday is like asking someone to travel without there cell phone charger but let's do this. It's all about discipline. You will love yourself more after this. As for me,I can't wait to rock my crop top, show off some bikini abs. So who's with me? 30days squat challenge anyone?
Please note, if u want to work on your tummy while squatting, drop down ,count to 5 and get back up!
