E! News and People have both reported that Cole and Lili are totally dating after multiple witnesses saw the Riverdale stars kissing and canoodling at all the Comic-Con parties.

Sources at E! Said the actors QUOTE, “could not keep their hands off one one another”, and that they were QUOTE, “very open with their PDA at parties during the event, and close friends did not seem surprised”. 

As if that’s not enough info to melt your heart, at one party Cole lent Lili his Maroon jacket to keep her warm. Talk about some serious chivalry!

Fans who have been shipping Betty and Jughead since their romance first kicked off in season one of Riverdale will surely be thrilled with this news that their real life counterparts are dating, but don’t be surprised if neither Lili nor Cole come out and discuss their relationship status. 

Cole told Elle magazine back in April QUOTE, “I am one of those guys that's never ever going to talk about my private life with the public sphere. I mean people can talk about the Jughead as much as they want but when it comes to the personal relationships, I have spent much of my life separating work and play so I will continue to do so.”

Okay, so maybe Cole won’t want to tell us about his real life romance with Lili, but that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating that the pair have been seeing each other for some time now. 

Back in May, Cole shared a beautiful photo of Lili in a field of flowers to his Instagram account.

Of course, friends can take beautiful photos of friends and share them on social media, but these two have so much chemistry on Riverdale that it’s hard to imagine there wasn’t a real life spark between them.

Whether they decide to make things official in the public eye or not, we are SO here for this ship! And it’s definitely a fun bit of news to tide us over until Riverdale comes back October 11th.
