DSS arrests mastermind of Yobe school attack...

The Department of State Services, DSS, has recorded a major victory in its fight against crime and criminality in the country as it announced yesterday that it arrested one Mudaisiru Jibrin, aka Namakele Alarama, for msterminding the killing of students of Government Secondary School, Yobe, in 2013.

In a statement signed by the spokesman of the Service, Tony Opuiyo, the DSS said no fewer than 60 students were killed in their dormitory in that attack. 
The agency it also arrested the mastermind of the shooting of some students at Government Secondary School, GSS, Mamudo village, near Potiskum, Yobe State, in 2013, Mudaisiru Jibrin, aka Namakele/Alarama, where over 60 were killed in their dormitory. According to the DSS, On August 12, 2016, three members of the Ansaru terrorist group hibernating in Kogi State were also apprehended.
It gave the names of the arrested members as Usman Abdullahi, Abdulmumuni Sadio and Ahmad Salihu, who were arrested while making arrangements to launch attacks on some selected targets in Edo and Kogi states, before escaping to join ISIS in Libya.
