Thousands of protesters wearing sinister Guy Fawkes masks have brought chaos to the streets of London.
Some of the anti-capitalist anarchists torched a police vehicle as scores of others gathered outside Leicester Square, moments after stars including Jennifer Lawrence and Julianne Moore had walked the red carpet at the premiere of the latest Hunger Games film.

They made attempts to target Buckingham Palace, launching bottles, cones and fireworks at mounted police keeping guard outside. Most of them even aimed fireworks at the horses horses, and tried to dazzle them with laser pointers.

Elsewhere, officers were forced to brandish their batons after clashes turned violent as the vandals marauded through the streets, setting off smoke bombs and daubing graffiti. A total of 44 people have been arrested and at least three officers have been taken to hospital with injuries.
It came hours after Anonymous, the anarchist hacking group behind the 'Million Mask March' warned 'police are not your friends'. Russell Brand and Vivienne Westwood had joined the group’s supporters on a November 5 protest last year that saw spectacular clashes with police.

It drives me a wee bit nuts trying to wrap my head around how they convince people to risk their lives for free...  Ever been part of a protest? Email me: tochiheme@gmail.com with the full gist...
