TMZ reported that Chyna is hitting the entire Kardashian fam with yet another lawsuit because of the role she says they played in the downfall of her spin-off series with Rob, Rob & Chyna.
According to the lawsuit, the family used their, QUOTE, “power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season.”
Regardless of whether or not Chyna actually believes the Kardashians are responsible for the demise of the show, E! was quick to shoot down her allegations.
According to sources from the network, the couple broke up at the beginning of the first season and ratings were not great to begin with, so moving forward with a second season just wouldn’t have made much sense.
This new lawsuit comes on the heels of some other pending suits between Chyna and the Karjenners, like the domestic violence suit in which she claims Rob grabbed her phone and knocked her to the ground, leaving her no choice but to call on her son’s nanny for help.
However, according to a suit filed by Rob, he was the victim of domestic violence while Chyna was high on drugs and alcohol.
In his lawsuit, he claimed she tried to choke him with a phone charging cable, followed by multiple blows to the face.
Oh yeah… he also said that during the incident she caused more than $100,000 worth of damage to the house they were renting from Kylie!
What a mess! Of course, those suits are in addition to her revenge porn suit against Rob, Kylie’s lawsuit that claims Chyna used the family for financial gain, and her and Rob’s ongoing custody settlement over their daughter, Dream Kardashian.
