Everyone's Favorite 'say it as it is' guy and former Aviation Minister from way back when, Femi Fani-Kayode, has expressed deep concern that his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), will be needing some major prayers.
Fani-Kayode’s statement may not be unconnected to reports that the party’s caucus chose former Borno State Governor, Ali Modu Sheriff, as its acting national chairman, pending when the party’s Board of Trustees (BoT), will ratify his appointment.
Fani-Kayode on Tuesday posted a tweet via his Twitter handle @realFFK to express his concern said:
In his unfiltered Words;
“Given today’s events it is clear to me that, more than at any other time in its 16 years in existence, the PDP needs serious prayers.”
That been said, Rumor has it, that Sheriff’s emergence as Acting chairman of the party has been rejected by the PDP BoT.
