Former President of Nigeria Obasanjo prostrates for Ooni of Ife...

Talk about awkward, In an unexpected move by Ex President of Nigeria from way back when, Obasanjo who was accompanied by other prominent personalities dressed in his Yoruba regalia,literary prostrate on the floor for the present Ooni of Ife  as a sign of respect. 
I'm pretty  sure it was one awkward moment. 
The look on there faces says it all... But he actually got a few rounds of applause from the people that were able to contain the surprise in a matter of seconds.

During Obasanjo's visit on Friday(Feb. 5th) to the Ooni’s palace where he was received by prominent traditional rulers in Ile-Ife. In an unexpected yet so dramatic move,  prostrated for the Ooni as a sign of respect. While some of those present during the visit expressed surprise at chief Obasanjo’s  posturing,  others applauded and hailed the former president.
