What a time to be alive...When i read stuffs i just wonder. Being a producer isn't for everybody. I think Actors guild should for whatever it's properly them producers and directors. Our problem in this Nigeria is just lack of Knowledge.
Contrary to popular belief. It's not Buhari!
Atleast a producer should do his research about such movies and with Youtube and google taking over, its easy to do research. American movies are by far the most advanced cos of a lot of reasons.
One is commitment and the other is hard work'. When your committed to a particular thing you do all it takes to make it work. A simple research would have helped avert this tragedy. Research woulda shown the Director that stunt men are the people that play this role not the actual actor.
Stunt men or women have had years of training so it'll be a piece of cake.
I hope this actor recovers good! And to all the Nigerian upcoming actors and actresses when you read this script and see that line that involves showing off your magician skills when your an actor just put it down, pick up your slippers and run like hell.
Don't forget your iphone or gsm sha. Cos that's your viral moment. Tweet,Snapchat and Ig that shiii...
So sadly Nollywood actor, Ani Iyoho,is currently in the hospital and probably battling for his life after he sustained terrible fire injuries while performing fire stunts during a movie shoot.
The movie being directed by Stanley Ohikhuare who didn't think to stop filming even after something so gruesome happened.
Apparently, the fire extinguisher on set malfunctioned and was unable to put out the fire.
Rumor has it that, the movie director, Stanley Ohikhuare, with the weird intention of including the fire incident in the actual movie continued filming while the actor was going up in flames.
Ani is presently receiving intensive medical attention.
I pray for a speedy recovery...
